Compliance & Operations Director
Gill joined IOMA in 1993 as assistant compliance officer having spent 10 years in various financial services roles in the UK. Gill was appointed Compliance Officer in 1994 and joined the board in 2001. She now has directorial responsibility for Compliance, Administration and HR functions. Her primary aim is to ensure that all clients receive an excellent service from IOMA by promoting a team approach within the staff and understanding of the products and processes within each area.
