Our approach

We have been providing fiduciary services since 1979, so we believe we know what our clients require: professional integrity, efficient management, creative solutions and confidentiality.

We focus on what we do best and you need most – excellent service and high levels of competence.

We apply the highest standards of care to each client. You will find our team totally client focused and highly trained. Amongst our team are qualified professionals. We are proud of the standards we set for our people.

We often operate within a team of professionals that includes lawyers, accountants, tax advisers and bankers to ensure quality advice is delivered to achieve your goals.

Trusts

Trusts offer wide planning opportunities. We will work with your adviser to decide the most suitable trust for you. Our primary responsibility is that of a trustee; holding and distributing assets in accordance with the trust deed and in the best interests of the beneficiaries.

Our team of dedicated professionals handles asset classes across the spectrum of financial planning opportunities, ensuring all assets are administered and accounted for properly.

Companies

A company is an extremely flexible and versatile legal entity offering many useful planning solutions. IOMA Fiduciary will form the company for you, manage it, fulfill all its statutory obligations, and administer and account for all its assets. Where required we provide directors, company secretary, registered agent, registered office and nominee shareholders.

Other Entities

Sometimes our clients look for something a little different: for example guarantee companies, hybrid companies, partnerships or purpose trusts. IOMA Fiduciary is ready and able to establish and manage any such arrangement. This is why people choose to use us. We can also incorporate and manage companies and legal entities in other jurisdictions around the world through our correspondent relationships.

The Isle of Man

There are many advantages to using Isle of Man entities in international planning. There is modern and flexible corporate legislation, together with a very strong history of trust law which closely follows that of England. Robust asset protection law is another attraction for international clients. Most entities do not pay tax in the Isle of Man.
